FADECO is happy that you need to contact us, and will do that is possible to get back to you as soon as possible. You can correspond with us by post. This will normally take between 3-4 weeks to reach us from overseas.

FADECO now has broad-band Internet access as from 5th November 2004, thanks to the support from the Regional Agriculture Information Network (RAIN), one of the ASARECA Networks. This means that, FADECO now enjoys a 24 hour Internet and e-mail access.

Communication by telephone or fax is now possible although the lines are sometimes poor. Those contacting us by phone/Fax from within East Africa need not use the international country access code. Instead, the new country access code in this case is simple 007 followed by the number (e.g. calling from Uganda would be like 007 28 2223024 or 007 744 605682). Those calling from outside East Africa have to use the international country access code for Tanzania which is +255.
